1. About 1/3 of the patients have mild hypertension and normal renal function. More than 50 percent of the patients with this disease can be relieved in the short term with hormone therapy, but the long-term prognosis is still unclear. Severe focal segmental glomerulosclerosis has a poor prognosis and can progress to chronic renal failure.

3. Focal segmental sclerosing glomerulonephritis: This type occurs in all ages, and the average age of onset is 21 years old. Proteinuria is non-selective, and most are accompanied by hematuria, hypertension, and renal insufficiency. Insensitive to hormone therapy, poor prognosis, and eventually progress to renal failure.

4. Membranous nephropathy: This type can be seen at any age, with the peak incidence at 50-60 years old, and is more common in men. The disease progresses slowly, usually with persistent proteinuria and microscopic hematuria, and is prone to renal vein thrombosis. Anticoagulant drugs should be used. Most of them are ineffective against hormones and cytotoxic drugs, and renal dysfunction occurs later.

5. Mesangial capillary glomerulonephritis: Mesangial capillary glomerulonephritis can be seen at any age, but most are between the ages of 8-16. The use of hormones and drugs that inhibit platelet aggregation, the effect is not ideal.
