Figure perception: It is to let the patient close his eyes and use a blunt needle to draw simple figures on the skin, such as triangles or numbers 1, 2, 3, etc., for the patient to identify, and bilateral comparisons should be made during the examination. Physical sense: The patient closes his eyes, touches common objects with one hand, such as pens, keys, coins, etc., speaks the shapes and names of the objects, and compares them with both hands.
